2. Order Processing & Production Schedule
All items sold through Sweat Sacrifice Success Sports Apparel are custom-made.
We do not mass-produce or keep bulk stock on hand; every order is created specifically for the customer.
Processing Timeline:

Orders are collected and submitted for production every Friday at 5:00 PM CST.

Orders placed before Friday at 5:00 PM CST will be included in that week’s production batch.

Orders placed after Friday at 5:00 PM CST will be included in the following week’s production batch.
Example:

If you order on Tuesday, your order will be submitted to production that Friday.

If you order on Saturday, your order will be submitted the next Friday.
Production Timeframe:

Standard production time is 2–3 weeks after the order is submitted to production.

This timeline does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time.

Peak seasons, large events, or supply chain delays may extend production times.
No Expediting:
Once your order is submitted for production, it cannot be rushed or moved ahead of schedule.
3. Shipping Information
Carriers Used:
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is selected based on weight, destination, and cost efficiency.
Delivery Timeframes:

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after production is complete.

Remote or rural destinations may take longer.
Tracking:

Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped.

Tracking information is managed by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to update.
4. Shipping Liability Disclaimer
Sweat Sacrifice Success Sports Apparel is not responsible for the following once an order leaves our facility:

Lost packages in transit.

Damaged packages caused by the carrier.

Delays caused by weather, strikes, accidents, or other carrier-related issues.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:

Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier for lost or damaged packages.

We will assist by providing all necessary shipment and order details to help with the claim process.

Replacement orders will only be shipped if approved by the carrier and/or paid for again by the customer.
5. Order Cancellations & Changes
Due to the custom nature of our products:

48-Hour Change/Cancellation Window: Customers have 48 hours from the time of purchase to request order changes or cancellations.

After 48 hours, all orders are locked into production and cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
Cancellation/Change Requests Must:

6. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
All sales are final due to the made-to-order production process.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
What Qualifies as a Manufacturing Defect:

Printing errors (misspelled name, wrong number, wrong design).

Fabric or stitching defects not caused by wear or mishandling.
What Does Not Qualify:

Customer-ordered the wrong size.

Wear and tear from normal use.

Damage caused by improper washing or handling.
Defective Item Procedure:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photographs.
