TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

 

 

By accessing or purchasing from the Sweat Sacrifice Success Sports Apparel online store (“the Website,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Website or make a purchase.

 

 

 

2. Products & Services

 

 

  • All products sold through our Website are custom-made to order and produced specifically for the customer.

  • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product, pricing, or design at any time without prior notice.

  • Product images, colors, and descriptions are provided for reference. Minor variations may occur due to differences in production and screen display settings.

 

 

 

 

3. Order Processing & Production Schedule

 

 

  • Orders are collected and processed every Friday at 5:00 PM CST.

  • Orders placed before the cutoff will be included in that week’s production batch.

  • Orders placed after the cutoff will roll into the next week’s batch.

  • Production typically takes 2–3 weeks from the Friday submission date, excluding weekends, holidays, or carrier shipping time.

  • Orders cannot be expedited once they enter production.

 

 

 

 

4. Pricing & Payment

 

 

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Prices do not include shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of order placement.

  • We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

 

 

 

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

 

 

  • Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion.

  • Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days after production is completed.

  • Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control.

  • We are not responsible for:

     

    • Delays caused by carriers.

    • Lost or stolen packages.

    • Damages during transit.

     

 

 

For lost or damaged packages, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier. We will provide tracking details and documentation to assist.

 

 

 

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

 

 

  • Customers have 48 hours from the time of purchase to request an order change or cancellation.

  • After 48 hours, all sales are final and cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.

  • Requests must be submitted by email with the order number and details.

 

 

 

 

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

 

 

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted if there is a verified manufacturing defect.

  • Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed explanation.

  • Approved defects will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

  • We are not responsible for sizing errors made by the customer; sizing charts are provided for all apparel.

 

 

 

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

 

  • All designs, logos, images, and content on our Website are the property of Sweat Sacrifice Success Sports Apparel.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission.

 

 

 

 

9. Privacy & Safety

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
